Would the above image require micro-registration???

I know that the art work would need cleaned up, but is an image like this too intricate for a screen print system that doesnt have micro-registration.

I think you could possible do it without micro registration, but you'd really have to be careful lining it up and it would take longer probably. A printer I do work for never uses his microregistration and he does CMYK prints quite a bit. He's been doing it for 20 years though.
