We've been using a paper workorder system, with an online work-in-progress (spreadsheet) outlining current projects. This was working great, but with the addition on the Neoflex we've essentially doubled the number projects in-house and the system is showing some obvious weaknesses.
We want to take advantage of the summer (our slow season) to revise the system. What all methods do you use for workflow and project management? We currently use no software, and would be interested in purchasing something.
