We've been using a paper workorder system, with an online work-in-progress (spreadsheet) outlining current projects. This was working great, but with the addition on the Neoflex we've essentially doubled the number projects in-house and the system is showing some obvious weaknesses.

We want to take advantage of the summer (our slow season) to revise the system. What all methods do you use for workflow and project management? We currently use no software, and would be interested in purchasing something.

ha we have a board as well. That was our emergency plan when we realized things were slowly slipping through the cracks. And it does work. I just know there has to be a more modern version. Hope to hear lots of new ideas!

We use Fastmanager reports and production boards at each line (DTG, embroidery, etc)

It feeds figures to Quickbooks for speedier accounting.

Other programs out there as well, some cheaper, some more involved.

We would lose track of stuff until we got it all on a work in progress report. Takes a little time, but we like it.
