Looking to find somebody who has done business with this company. We ordered a few shirts from them (our first order from Wordans) on 4/9 and have not heard a word from them. Can not find a phone number for them...maybe its there but did not see one...but we did send a email a couple days ago. Got a automated response that said they would get in touch within 2 days and that was today and nothing. Sent them another email today and got another automated response that was the same as last one. Went on their site and the page where you can check your order and this was on there
We are currently experiencing some delays regarding response and shipping times. Please rest assured that if you have sent us an e-mail, we have received it and one of our team members will be getting back to you within 48 hours.
We appreciate your patience and are working very hard to ship your order out in a timely manner.
In red down the page it says processing but we are talking over 3 weeks and although we are new to the business that is a pretty long time for processing.
We wanted to try them as they have some things we sometimes don't see where we usually get our shirts but this is a heck of a start. The one time we don't have to have something asap and it is putting us in the find someplace else to buy option because now it is almost asap lol.
As of today it has been 23 days since we sent the order so a little disappointed to say the least. If you have had a problem with them and were able to get in touch could you please let me know how you did it, if we don't have a firm date for delivery we will have to try and find what we need elsewhere.
Pleas don't take this as a knock on this company just a little frustrated with the lack of customer service and seemingly no way to get a hold of somebody to know for sure if we need to move on.
