Anytime from any software if I try and go over 720x720 the printer will start printing then about 4-6 passes in pause printing and run the platen out. reload and it starts about 6" below where it left off. please help I'm at my wits end this happens with any combination white or color. Using AcroRip but same issues with EkRip as well.
