Either there is a piece of thread stuck somewhere that is preventing the wiper from moving or the wiper motor may need to be replaced.
Wiper error on pr 620
I get a wiper error message when lid screen comes on. I held down the 3 buttons and went into the maintenance screen and did a wiper check and it worked on all needles. Then powered off machine and turned on to go into embroidery mode and the wiper error message came on again and I can't get past this screen. I have cleaned under he throat plate, oiled the knives, checked their placement. No change. The needle threader also gives me a wiper error when tested n the maintenance mode. I have taken off the sides of the aching and don't see anything wrong. Any ideas?
