Weird, my phone works just fine. Make sure you are checking the box to save password. Also try checking for an update on your phone.

No updates for app also there is not a place to remember user info at log in screen.

Mine usually logs me on automatically everytime I get on.

It is not regular to all account. The login information is always saved in a device whether is is a desktop or a mobile device. Tell me one thing, what device you are using, is it Ios ir Android?.
