Three weeks ago I put in a new capping station. It worked great until I printed about 50 shirts with just black ink. They printed just fine I started printing color shirts again and it would not print yellow or red. It will print black and blue ink. We sucked the air out of the lines and re filled the ink cartridges checked for clogs cleaned the print head as recommended and still no red or yellow. I forced yellow and red through the print head carefully with a syringe and the ink came through. The docking station only has black and blue on it not the 4 bands of colors like normal. Please help!

Ok I found the problem with the red and yellow. the hose came off the docking station. Now I have a new problem. When I had the press apart I unplugged the power and usb cable after I fixed the capping station ad put it back together I plugged it back in and turned it on. So far so good until I did a head cleaning. As it did the head cleanings it would make the sounds like it does when you shut it off and turn it back on but it never shut off. it will move the loading dock a little and then do another head cleaning and the make the sounds again and just keep repeating this. PLEASE HELP!!
