Only had Wilcom EmbroideryStudio for a week or so and having a couple of problems...

Can someone please help me? I've tried accessing the embroiderystartup website (the official wilcom training site) for help but cant get in.

I am having problems with saving to different formats. I'm sure its the type of problem that is easily fixed if you know how...Files over 12 stops are being split into two files (in some formats not all ) and files for 6 x 10 hoops wont save in jef.

I test on an old Brother Innovis 750D but I have been digitising and selling online for nearly 4.5years using Generations. I had a similiar problem with Generations splitting files when I first got it and it was an easy thing in one of the settings. There are lots of videos for wilcom but nothing from really basic so have been playing around to get a feel for it and doing pretty good except for this issue.

solving your problem to save in different formats

open any design
then go to file
choose save as
type the file name as TEST
under it you will see SAVE AS TYPE (click on it and select the format you want)
then save.
