For years I've been programming names using this software on the same computer and suddenly I'm having problems. It is not attached to the internet at all and the ONLY thing I use it for is the embroidery program.
After typing a name, I have always been able to click on the Reshape Object button, then click on the name I've typed, then click on a letter i want to slide over and then drag it. I have also been able to open a design, then select all, then click on a corner and drag in or out to resize. I can no longer do this any more.
Now, when i click on the reshape object, and then click on the letter, a dotted box starts to appear to the right of the curser point. It enlarges and shrinks as i move the curser. If I try again, is sometimes creates black squares all over the entire letter and i can drag each box and it reshapes the outline of the letter. If i click on a name to try to stretch the width of it, or narrow the width of it, the name will only move to another spot on my page.
Any suggestions?
