Hi, I'm having a few issues with wilcom e3...I'm wondering if changing everything back to the default/factory settings would help matters. Anybody know how to do this?

Thanks for responding. The issues is mainly with the output onto the garment. When I type in letters and generate the stitches, it looks fine, but then it appears on the garment that the underlay is not accurately “under” the text like it should. I’ve tried the same text in multiple fonts and it has issues in all of them. I’m just wondering I messed with a setting or something. Next step is to call wilcom

By the sounds of it, the pull/push is probably making the underlay poke out. You can adjust the margins to stop that happening.

Here's how you reset...

Go to Wilcom in your start menu and underneath you will find a couple of utilities. Click on the one called "Revert".

If you have saved over your "NORMAL" emt template then take a backup of it because it will go back to factory.
