This software is fully functional and includes the dongle that is currently registered with Wilcom. Also includes Corel Draw X6 and thirteen optional elements. Asking $4200 which will include the re-licensing fee. That’s about half of the current value (see attachment from Wilcom Customer Service) and the purchaser still has the option to upgrade to e4.
