Wide format Printing and pressed to fabric

I am designing Dart Shirts using Dye Sublimation but I do not have the wide format printer or heat press. I need someone to provide this service. It is a bonus if they can cut and sew the printed pattern but not necessary. Feel free to reply or PM me.
