What temp are you curing the inks at? what type of inks?
they should not wash off if they are cured properly

tell us exactly what method you are using and maybe we can help
The temperature at which most plastisol for textile printing cures at is in the range of 300 °F to 330°F. Many people shoot for 320 degrees. Do you have a temp gun to test what your ink is getting too?
I cure at 375 its not just the heat its also for how long. after your cure you can pull on the ink if it doesn't stretch and pull apart you should be able to wash it.

wow pretty high i dont think u need it to hit 375 u could do 320
so i shouldnt be heating on my screen board then?

The print only has to reach cure temp, it does not have to stay there for any specific length of time. But it's important that the entire print reach that ideal 325 mark.
For my Dtg prints i use a heat press at 320 for 1:30 but for screen printing i have a dryer set at 1100 and the shirts get temp with a laser temp gun if they ink on the shirt doesnt temp to at least 375 when running through the dryer it will wash out not sure why its just how i do it.

Doesn't 1:30 at 320 burn or leave a scorch mark on your white shirts even with a teflon sheet? I'm just curious.
nope not at all it may happend if i bought really cheap white shirts or the shirts get old the starch in them can turn yellow.
I use American apparel so i don't think i use cheap shirts. Thanks. Ill do a test run at that temp to see what happens.
Thing i find with shirts white shirts can scotch they do when they are old.
