thank for replyingx

im not doing anything different:(the only thing i can think of is i have different mugs do you think this maybe the problem:confused:

thanks again
Yes! If the mugs are the only thing that changed it could be they are not coated for sublimation or have been miss coated. If you still have a box of old ones I would check the product number to see if you were sent the wrong ones. I would also call the company you got them from and let them know you are having issues. If you have an old mug that was miss-printed you could try printing on it again to make sure everything esle is working OK.
Hope this helps.

If you're using the Oki printer you must be doing laser imaging for imprinting the mugs. I think you're fighting a losing battle If you are planning on doing a lot of mugs in the future and don't want the images to scratch off you gotta switch to dye-sublimation. The Ricoh gel printers work super good with great results. You're current problem may be the mug itself. Is it a mug for sublimation? If so then that IS the problem. I think you're just supposed to use uncoated mugs for laser-imaged transfers.
