I am having a little trouble printing white. I think I have good off contact I leveled and measure the distance of my frame and pellot platform. And my angle of my squeegy is 90-80 degress and I press down. My test sheet comes out very clean and neat but when I print on my tshirt and then flash cure it the image comes out slightly blurry or off register when I print the second time. I am only printing one color. What am I doing wrong. When I am finish printing I always make sure I pop the squeegy at the end of the print.

Oh, and the registration is tight. I am using a silverpress by ryonet. I leveled and balance the off contact and the angle of the arm. And the platic guardes are firm to the arm of the press.

I have the hand held heat gun and I only pass the shirt a couple of times no more than 30 seconds, I know if I go over the image twice before Flashing I can get a off reg ghost image so I only pass one time but still when I print the second time I will either get a blurr on some part of the image and everthing else will be right on mark. It confusing.

Thanks. I will spray more adhsieve and also a person from Ryonet suggested that I should push and not pull, but I thought you should not do it with white ink. I will attempt to try to see if that will work.

Pushing is the way to go!
The only time that I pull is for a small pocket size print. The push stroke works great with white.
You'll find that you are less fatigued overall with the push stroke and it also feels like you're using less energy with each stroke.
It's much easier on your body doing the push stroke.

This is my first job for myself before I do a customers. It is not all the time but the majority.

I checked my off contact distance 1/8 of an inch all the way. I clear the screen when I have a steep angle I have no ink left behind. I push down and pull consistently.

I use a heat gun to flash and then use my heat press to cure. I flash for at least 30-40 seconds. My shirts are cured correctly. I do the pull and stretch test.

I have no problems with the heat gun, yes it takes a little longer but at the end I cure it w/ my heat press. When I flash it my fingers do not pull up ink.

Try working the ink with a spatula or drill with mixing bit to soften it before printing. It could be that the ink is not stirred enough to make it more viscous and it is stretching your screen disproportionately while you are printing. When we first starting printing - we found this was one of the primary issues we were facing. Good luck.

are you getting bleeding on the back side of your screen. You say it looks fussy. Sounds like you have ink under your screen. Clean the bottom of the screen and print, then check the bottom of the screen and see what it looks like.
