If you guys have any info about blank t-shirt (especially tank tops) that will ship to Tokyo, please let me know. Spent some time asking the big names (Hanes, American Apparel, Badger) but havent received any replies.
Or do any of you guys get your t-shirt from India, or other places in Asia?

You could try the Australian wholesalers. That might be your best bet for AA, Gildan, Hanes etc. I'm pretty sure Japan is within the stategic economic Asian area with Australia, so you could well import customs tax free, and at the low Asian rate postage cost out of Australia.
