Has anyone any experiance of selling to a wholesale customer who has requested an exclusive area to sell your products? I presume you need to be looking at a contract with set minimums etc?
Any advice appeciated.

Several boutiques I have sold to have asked me not to sell to their neighboring competitors. I agreed. No written contract.

A business woman (paper goods designer) I know keeps a list by zip code and she will not sell to two stores within the same zip code.
