Wholesale or Consignment Contracts?

Friends,

Our line has launched and we're shopping our products around brick & mortar locations. Preparing myself for that moment and am seeking input on a wholesale contract and its content. I've been looking around the web for some samples of a wholesale and/or consignment contract and nothing to be found.

Does anyone have a sample of such contracts I can use as a guide?

Did you end up using consignment contract? If so, I would love to see it !!

Google had a few things i found interesting. I still have to pick one and use it as a template to alter it to be good for my circumstances.

That's good -I haven't considered going the consignment route yet but that's gives me some initiative to do so. I have a list of sales reps -who probably have their own terms they go by but I've read that it is good to have your own terms and stick to them -even if you lose a sale..or several. I'll attach this informative link if I can find it. Thanks!
