I may be misunderstanding your question, but since it's a custom transfer you can go to any of the plastisol companies and have something similar made. Of course you'd have to supply the design (unless they have an in-house designer that can do it for you).

Yes it would be custom but, I thought someone might have the template and I just provide the input. I have seen several of these in different styles ( football team, baseball team, etc. ) and I have a request to do one for a Cheerleading squad.
