Who else has been screwed over by deconetwork? We were very reluctant to sign up as they didn't seem to share all of the actual fine functionality details with you and was told I basically had to sign up to really dig deeper into if the system will work for us. Well we did that and very much regret it now as the programming and functionality of the system is very sub-par to the competition they claim to be right in line with price wise and functionality wise. They said that we only had the first 14 days do decide this which is really ridiculous considering it truly takes longer then that to set up and implement the system into our company to "try it out" so now we are out all of the money we put into it as they refuse to give any of our money back saying "they need to charge that and cannot refund to stay together as a business."

If you truly stand behind your product and know it will offer what your customers are looking for then that would sustain your business and not the people that have to pay the startup costs and realize once signed up it is nothing like what they say it is. We sent over customers to the new setup site and not one of them was able to navigate through, design or understand it and the actual designer windows are a set size and not bulk adjustable. They are very far off scale and don't even allow you to go in and put art where the industry standard area for decorating is.

DO NOT SIGN UP for this service if you are looking for a shop and web management tool that has flow and is not glitchy. You will not get any of your "startup costs" back when you realize it is a poor system.

DecoNetwork is so big, it would take forever to "share all of the actual fine details". 14 days is plenty of time to have a good look around, it really depends on how serious you are going to take this transition... for someone who isnt serious, a quick login and flick around is uaually the case before heading over to somewhere like shopify or wix where you can be happy with a truely sub-par system.

DecoNetwork is absolutely massive, do you know the full scale of what you can actually do with DecoNetwork? Did you actually take a look into the platform or was it just a tyre kick check? Because if you really look into the platform you'll understand that you are subscribing to software that would cost you millions to have developed.

I've seen businesses take on DecoNetwork, embrace it, get setup in a matter of days and they enjoy the success and extra free time it brings them, let alone the streamlined work flows it promises to devlier. I've also seen businesses take months to setup DecoNetwork, taking the time to learn everything it has to offer and they've also enjoyed the success it brings.

Going by what you said with sending people to your website, and with how impatient you sound, it sounds like you rushed through some of the settings and started funneling people to your site for a quick 'test'. that's not the way to do it, you simply don't send people to a quickly knocked up website...

For anyone reading this review, don't make a rash decision based on the above "review". DecoNetwork hosts 1000s of websites around the world. They want to see you succeed, if they didn't they wouldnt have ploughed millions of dollars worth of investment into the software and they wouldnt work tirelessly around the clock to delivery cutting edge technology.

theres plenty of videos on their youtube channel, where you can see over the years how deconetwork has developed, and they have an active forum and very helpful support staff. You can join the forum before you even think of signing up, go and talk direct to the people of the DecoNetwork community!

As for the "glitches" comment, welcome to the world of software development, where even the biggest names in software such as facebook, google, apple and microsoft deal with glitches on a day to day basis! Glitches are not a bad thing, think of them as growing pains as the software rapidly expands! and then thank the dev team for their rapid responses to any issues. They're human beings too you know.

@EnglishPrinter
You expect us to believe you are neutral on this or something?
This does not do your business any good.

How about refunding an unsatisfied customer and letting it go?
No, I don't expect you to believe im Neutral. Im 100% in favour of DecoNetwork, ive seen so many people become successful and so many people just waste an opportunity! It's painful to see! The person who posted above will probably end up with a wordpress site and will continue to work harder and not smarter for many years to come.

You can't leave a review that negative after not giving it a proper shot! Thats like me saying i dont like coffee because it looks horrible, even though ive never smelled or tasted it?!? c'mon.

(btw - im not an employee of DecoNetwork nor affiliated with them, this is my own personal opinion)

Sure...whatever you say. <img src="http://www.t-shirtforums.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)" class="inlineimg" />
You have to make that assumption...? Or just not liking that an outsider is sticking up for a hardworking company. Do me a favour.

Let it go. The more you post the more people see it.
We know it from the start - post number: 1 <img src="http://www.t-shirtforums.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Big Grin" class="inlineimg" />
Just because it’s my first post doesn’t mean I work for the company! Lmao!! 😂😂😂😂😂 bet you feel like Sherlock Holmes. Came to voice my opinion and instantly I work for DecoNetwork. I guess on this forum when you stick up for someone you’re instantly labelled as an employee of that company. 🤯🤯🤯

well my friend, you sure take your time to create account just to defend some company. Like you don't have better things to do. :D

Let's be honest, even drinking cold beer is better then this for some company which is ''not'' related to you :)

Took about 15 seconds to create an account... if you class that as “taking the time” then no wonder we see reviews like this. I’ve only done this because I believe the above review to be unfair. I’d do the same for other software companies if I see the posts. Ive always used this forum to skim over and read topics and usually posts like this have responses. This was left untouched for 7 months so I picked it up. Infact why am I trying to justify myself to any of you. Nice to know the industry is as supportive as it always has been. I best get back to work building DecoNetwork, oh crap, I slipped up! You uncovered my secret mr Holmes!

I 100% agree with EnglishPrinter. Over the years there are so many posts about on-line designers and people thinking you install the solution, wave a wand, and people start flooding to your site and buying products left and right. As EP stated Deco is a turnkey solution. It is not something you can set up correctly in a day and be off and running. With that said the latest version of Deco released this summer adds a very unique drop and drag web site design tool similar to the likes of a Wix. Nothing comes close to it on the market. No longer the need to select one of the cheesey templates on-line design companies offer. It also now scales to cell phones, tablets, etc. In our opinion for those wanting a true turn key solution Deco stands heads above the others.

Also attacking EP as if he was an employee of Deco is silly. They do not hide behind fake accounts. Brandon and the likes at Deco have accounts and respond to all the questions, etc I have seen posted.

1. Well, I don't see Brandon's response to this question, which is 7 months old.

2. I don't know how good or bad Deco's product is. All I know, is that EnglishPrinter's post does not feel authentic. I have no proof of course... It's a gut feeling.

Brandon left deco in novemeber or decemeber last year (I've spent way too much time on their forums for no reason...) And I'll admit every time I try to endorse a product I like, it comes out off sounding like a paid promo, so I'm not as quick to call bull as I probably should be

Clearly, EnglishPrinter's post goes a lot further than just endorsing a product. It is what I call "obsessive support", fairly common in this forum, and I find hard to believe that these people are unbiased, with nothing to gain.

Long passionate reviews are bad reviews...that's the norm. If it's good, then it is usually a fake.

This was a forgotten thread. EnglishPrinter just happen to find it by chance?

Too many coincidences... I think ;).

You think I'm paranoid, and unreasonable? Post it in reddit and see what happens.

1. I saw no question just a rant against Deco
2. You are part of the new attitude in this country - guilty until proven innocent.

I am worst then Tabob. -.-

If I see new member and his first post is defending some company like he would work in their damage control department, I don't trust that poster no matter what. Tabob at least goes on his gut feeling. I don't do even that. :D

You’re looking into my response waaaaaaaay to far. I literally stumbled across this post after flicking through thousands of posts just burning time. I saw it had no responses so wanted to defend. You can’t be like how you’re being for just wanting to defend. It’s seem s that in this forums it’s totaly fine to slam a product but not cool to defend it? I’ve spent many many years in this industry and I see it get a lot of flack and I don’t like it, and internal crap like the above isn’t fair. No wonder I see crap about our industry all the time. But keep doing what you’re doing. You’re obviously getting a kick out of it so hope it makes you feel good 😊
