I'm printing an image that pretty much has a square of white underbase on it. I've set the underbase now to 10% and it is still laying down heavy it seems.

open up the platen organizer and create a new environment based off of an existing one. when you get to the "white underbase" section, choose your %. then save as a new environment. my use of the word "environment" may be incorrect, but hopefully you understand. start from "3 ADULT Black and Dark Hi-Res" and then save as a new file, such as "3 ADULT Black and Dark Hi-Res - 10White", or something like that. but do all of this in the "Platen Organizer".

That worked! Thank you much! still odd when I used the settings in Neorip that it wont work.

i don't have an answer for that, but when i've made changes "on the fly", they never stuck. so i started creating custom environments based off of the originals, and that has worked just fine. glad it worked for you!

Did you possibly lay down way to much pretreat, are you changing the underbase or highlight.if I ever knocked down to even50% I would sees a difference. What color shirt.
