Hi guys,

I'm using Print Pro as software, and cant get to seem enough white down for the underbase.

If I use 2 passes of 720 or even 1440 the white is not thick enough and leaves the shirts with dull colours and looking overall poor quality. I need to use 2880 to get a full white base, and even then some graphics (all .psd) dont come out with good colours because the white base is not thick enough.

My white underbase settings on print pro are:
multishot
2880 res
Bi pass

Tried various different pre-treatment techniques, quality hardly changes if at all with more/less pre-treatment etc.

any advice?

Have you done a nozzle check to make sure all your white nozzles are printing fully?

yep! all nozzles printing perfectly

I have a feeling its the software or settings but I'm not certain what i can do to increase the white ink output on some images except for upping the resolution. the underbase/highlight fields are at their max so not sure what else I can edit to increase output?
