Hello , I have problems with my white nozzle check. The test print lines , you can almost not see them. There are still there but very very fade.
I did all the kind of cleanings , powerful and fire flash but nothing changes.
The white inkt pouches are still full.

Can I do something else to resolve ?

Fanny1973, this might be due to your White Ink not being agitated sufficiently. On printer you will want to perform the following steps,
  1. Remove two white pouches and physically agitate pouches for 1-2 minutes
  2. Go into menu and scroll down to maintenance, select white circulation
  3. Once completed, go back into maintenance menu, and perform a print head refilling and select normal. While the printer will perform a circulation for white inks every 7 hours when left on, if pouches haven’t been agitated enough, then white ink may be dull.
  4. Run an additional nozzle check to verify brightness of white

In the future you will want to ensure your White Ink Pouches are being properly agitated when inside the printer and on your shelves. You can refer our support document on Performing GTX Maintenance: Daily white ink maintenance procedure, OSvC Header. If the pouch is low, you may need to physically remove the pouch to properly agitate. When your pouches are not agitated sufficiently then you begin to see a dulloutput once it reaches the print head. For any ink you are not using but have kept on your shelf please invert the boxes once per week along with an agitation of them.

Ensure you are always running the latest firmware and driver package found on our website, BrotherDTG.com/support. If you’re located within North America and still require additional technical assistance, please fill out a support ticket, User Support or contact your original dealer if outside these areas. If you don’t have this contact info, you should complete the form on this page - Brother GTX
