simple answer, no. there are so many whites, soo many techniques, there is no BEST white. i assume by 100% color you are talking about doing a CMYK print. From what i understand you will not need a perfect 100% opage white so you will probably be able to make do with about any white. some will be better than others, but untill you know what you like there is no way of telling what is best for you. i use triangle phoenix white, but im not doing CMYK prints either.
