Hello Forum! I have a velocijet xl that started printing white poor all the sudden. If I run a cleaning it prints great for an inch or so then fades to nothing. I've checked my lines, cleaned the capping station, run cleaning cartridges, run initial charges with no luck. Anyone have the same issue ever? I've just missed a deadline for my biggest client and am freaking out a bit. THe velocijet is 6 months old.

I recommend raising your bulk system shelf. Try raising it an inch. Also, what is the humidity and temperature you're keeping the printer in? You should be close to 50% humidity and the room should be at least 70°F. Of course you are also welcome to contact our support department for one to one support.

We are at 42% humidity and 72 F. The specs say this machine needs to be between 40-80% humidity. The machine has been running fine until yesterday. Humidity has been constant for an extended period of time. We've raised the ink tray in .25 inch increments until reaching the top of the slide. Do you offer weekend support?

Hi Charlie,

I meant to type in "around 50% humidity" in my previous post. Please PM me with your name, company name, email and phone.
