I don't know if this will help but we use velocity jet r1900 and r1800 we lose white channels a lot we take a syringe with a little hose and pull back on the jet ports in the head then use a syringe to pull back on the cartridges a couple head cleanings you should recover all white channels

The F2000 has a completely different white system. This is not related to anything the customer is doing and there is no way for the customer to know it's going to happen or to avoid it. You can't even get to the head or dampers on this system. An Epson technician needs to address the issue.
