Hello guys, i've just registered myself here because i have a problem with my file, don't really know if this is the right place to post this :S.

The thing is that I have a file on photoshop that has no border (i'm going to print on a black t-shirt) and in the moment that I sent it to print via file viewer, i get a thin white line, IN THE .AR3 FILE, that gets printed in the design... I've tried everything but I can't get rid of that line.

I'm really sorry for my caveman english but I hope that some of you understand it and al least one of you have a solution :)

thanks in advance

If you are printing from Photoshop then it sometimes has a problem with Anti-Aliasing or the blur edge. It will lay white on the edge to try to recreate that fade. There is an option in photoshop to give it a hard edge so it looks like pixels.

If you save it as a png and use PDIP to print you don't have to worry about it 90% of the time.

It could also be a mask setting or even a calibration issue on the printer, but I'd start with photoshop or PDIP.

Thomas, if printing out of Photoshop you will want to setup your canvas size to the area of the platen you are using. Additionally, you will want to clean up the edge for anti alias. You can review basic photoshop setup instructions with our tutorial, https://youtu.be/QHmljkTnlr8. If you’re located within the US or Canada and still require additional technical assistance, please give us a call at 877-4Brother or contact your original dealer if outside these areas.
