Does anyone know what's going on here? The white over sprays when putting the under base and when it's laying down the color layer it's mixing yellow in as per the pictures. On the nozzle check you can see that the white is slightly over to the yellow area. I've pretty much done everything from cleaning under the head, head alignment, cleaning the encoder strip to heavy cleans and nothing helps.

A few things going on here. Make sure your platen height is as close to the head as possible without setting off the platen height warning. If the platen is too low it will overspray and lose detail.

Make sure you're choking the base white using the Reduce White Area function in GC.

The main concern though looking at your nozzle check is your white nozzles are firing erratically. This is known as deflection and is cause by a blockage in the head. If you're under warranty get the head replaced.

Platen is at 1 and the choke is at 6. Would that blockage cause the white to spray like that?

And this is what it looks like printing today...lol Covered it up and blasted the humidifier to 60% over night and seems like it helped. The white nozzle check was a lot better, but it still had that white going over the yellow a little.
