Oracal.

631 for interior walls and 651 for most other things. If you need it for outside try 751 or 951. If you do any interior wall stuff with 631 get the Ht55 transfer tape. You can use their house brand Greenstar transfer tape for everything else.

US Cutter has pretty good prices on it and it's tough to beat the shipping. 9.99 no mater how many rolls you order.

A lot of folks don't like their house brand, Greenstar but it find having a roll of the matte black around comes in quite handy. Quite a few guys on the sign board I'm on prefer the Greenstar transfer tape to R-tape.

No. Sorry, that was the pre T-shirt days coming out of me.

You need to use a heat transfer vinyl.

They sell Hexis, Siser and Chemica. I have not used any of them. I'm about to use some Siser glow in the dark though.

Go to their main page and click the Heat Transfer link at the top. Then go to heat transfer vinyl.

Siser easy weed would probably be your best bet to start with. When I started doing shirts with vinyl I went with Specialty Materials Thermo-Flex because I had store credit where I bought my new cutter. It's a great product.

The thermoflex is a far superior product to the Siser stuff. If you have any cracking peeling problems with Siser they will blame the customer using fabric softener or a commercial dryer which shouldn't affect a vinyl or IMO is a inferior product. I have shirts I use in my construction business and 7 years of washing at least once a week and the shirt is falling apart. Fabric softener and a commercial dryer used and the vinyl is just now starting to fall off but only clause the fibers on the shirts are failing. I press the thermoflex as instructions show, peel carrier and then repress for 10 seconds. This is a old direction that works well. It seems on the newer instructions the repress part has been omitted but still works well.
