If you're talking about wall art, NOT the FATHEAD kind then you want to use Oracal 631, it has a matte finish and it looks painted.

631 is a matte finish in ALL COLORS and it has removable glue upto 2 yrs. 651 and Avery A6 is GLOSSY on MOST COLORS. There's a huge difference in the way it looks on a wall.

I just use PerfecTear paper tape and it seems to work great.

The printer you would need for that starts at around 10-15K It may be a little less then that now.
