Quite a few people on this forum use that printer or have used that printer so they will probably be able to help you with end user preferences.
For the most part, refillable carts have less parts, pieces, variables to go wrong. However, if you will be doing volumes of printing / unattended printing / filling ink while printing, etc, a CIS can be a valued resource.
