Hello all
I'm a long time reader first time poster.
I have until now just been designing tshirts etc for people, but now I want to start printing them for myself.
I also would like to be able to print posters.
Can I just buy a screen printer, 4 colours so I can do CMYK and get some bigger screens for the posters?
Your thoughts would be appreciated
Many thanks in advance

if it were me..knowing what I know now...I would get a 6c/4s manual press to start with and here is why.

with a 6 color press you have the ability to print up to 6 colors on white shirts and up to 5 colors with a white underbase on dark shirts....and most of the shirts you will be printing will need a underbase to make the ink pop on a dark shirt. so dont limit yourself with a 4 color press.....

my 2 cents

Thanks for the advise, I hadn't thought of the need for a base colour. What about doing art type screen printed posters on the same maschine?
