Which printing method should I use?

Hello I am new in this industry and would like to know what kind of printing method should I use to print on this leggings:

Materials: 85% Polyester , 15% Elastan
Color: black
What I need: QUALITY

I would print letter on the side of the leg.

Can you please help me? I dont like that letters fell off or tear.

Hi A.R., I think digital printing is best because digital printing is mainly used for products which required high amounts of details, and smaller quantity orders.
