fortune is relative. what are you looking for? what is your business model? what is your budget? who are your target customers? check eBay for the used market price, and then hope for the best. don't ever buy a used machine without seeing it print first; actually the same goes for a new machine. you need to see the printer print YOUR artwork so you can see how your prints will look, wash, feel, etc. if all you get is the answer to your original question, you'll end up disappointed and disillusioned.
