hello, i am new to the t shirt ideas, and i am about to start a buisness,

i know a lot about the pigment ink, the heat transfer, jet opaque paper, the continuous ink.

but, i have a question, i need a good printer that prints 13x19, i plan on buying the heat transfer for 8.5x11 and 13x19. also i need to know what is the best type of pigment ink for the continuous ink system? i have saw that there are 4 colors, with each a gallon of ink for about 450 USD, but i do not know if that is the best thing to get.

You may want to post this under the heat transfer section. This section is for the Epson F2000 dtg printer.
We can read your post in many ways.:)
DTG? transfer?
Right DTG machine is depends on who you are, what kind of market you are in. What kind of budget in your pocket, what production cost will fit to your business? On line business? Retail?
Ask yourself many questions and research here.
Reach out sellers and ask questions.
Transfer? Printed by Epson desktop? Paper choice?
Light and dark. Inkjet and laser.
Cheers! Inks are on me always.

do you have a budget you want to stay under?
The Epson ink-jet printers are workhorses in the industry and tend to work seamlessly with almost all heat transfer papers. For light garments, I recommend the Jet-Pro SofStretch as it's a great product and comes in size 13 x 19
