Hello everyone, need some advice. While searching around my city for vinyl cutting companies/getting qoutes for stickers. Ive realized why am I going to pay someone else for a set of stickers which is going to cost me what Id pay for a plotter? So Im looking for a basic set up and want to know your what you would pick. Also are either of the 2 plotters I picked below able to compute CAD files?

I will be cutting basic text stickers for my company aswell as heat transfer onto shirts.

I use CAD 09 Arch, Im able to make my own txts ect and it would be great If once I converted my CAD file into PDF ect. I could then pull it into the plotters software. Thanks everyone!!

try us cutters. a 24 inch plotter would be nice for start i would go with one that has a optcial eye
ZenCut Green Series Vinyl Cutter

or if it is too high for your budget try their p cut. do not buy a plotter that less than 24 inched in cut width it will be hard getting vinyl for your machine. also look for a used Roland gx 24 or a Graphtec Ce 5000. the optical eye will help in print and cut situations. tech support is not bad for the site either and their plotters can work with the leading software flexi sign. i orginally started with a p cut 24 inch never looked back and my plotter paied for itself in 6 months
