Which is better?

Is sublimation better, laser printer, or like the circuit vinyl machine?

You need to be much more specific. That question has a hundred different answers depending on what you want to achieve.

As noted above, "better" only has meaning in relation to your context: specific goals, space & $ limitations, skills, etc. Tell us a bit about what you want to accomplish, what your priorities, strengths, and limitations are.

I am a newbie. I don't have anything yet so I haven't used anything.

I would like to do wine glasses, mugs, t shirts, totes, car decals, maybe jogging pants

Well lets see.
Wine glasses can be sand blasted, lasered, vinyl'd and if you coat them dye subbed and used with laser hardgood paper.

Pretty much the same with mugs

Tshirts pretty much the same

Totes pretty much the same

car decals - Arel you talking print and cuts or just vinyl stickers ? Print and cuts if you want to last out there for a while eco solvent printer. Other wise vinyl stickers, or sublimated on sublidecal or multicut.

jogging pants same as t shirts.
