What kind of ink should I use to screen print on plastic garbage bags? Anyone know?

I'm thinking those heavy plastic contractor bags, like these kinds of bags: Amazon.com: Husky HK42WC020B 42-Gallon Contractor Clean-Up Bags, 20 Count: Patio, Lawn & Garden

Polyethylene might need to be "flamed" to allow ink to adhere....

What do you mean by "flamed"? Even a small amount of heat will probably melt the plastic.
