the geoknight dk14s might be a little small, for another $100 you can get a hix swingman15
i have not seen any reviews on the stahls a2z press, but it is the same size and price as the hix
stahls parts are very expensive and hard to put in (or stahls will discontinue that model and never offer parts again)
mainly the temp controller will go and cost $~225, the hix temp controller is ~$25
but you do lack the convenience of a digital timer with the hix (i have one and just count in my head for htv, or use a digital kitchen timer for longer presses like jpss)
