If you were buying a new heat press which one would you buy for DTG.

I was looking at the DK20 but dang that things big, either that or the person in the video was tiny.

I see an older post here http://www.t-shirtforums.com/heat-presses-equipment/t115734.html. Any additional or updated input?

Quality unit from Stahls or DK should be fine. I would suggest getting an automatic release press with a 16x20 platen size. Getting a press that you can thread shirts onto will make 2 sided printing much easier!

Recommend going with a US made unit. Geo Knight, Hotronix, Hix, and Insta are all very good brands. A 16 inch x 20 inch heat platen. And getting an automatic release model will make your production life much easier.

I have Stahls Hotronix Hover 16x20. IMO best in the market for dtg. The Hover is designed more for Dtg out of all their models and also love the auto release.

The next heat press purchase I will be making looks like the Hotronix Fusion. It has alot of different features.
