The pad to my Hix press has come loose and I need to glue it back. I tried Gorilla glue but no luck. What is the best glue to use for this?

A silicone high temp adhesive.The pad to my Hix press has come loose and I need to glue it back. I tried Gorilla glue but no luck. What is the best glue to use for this?
I've recently glued pads onto 2 presses and used Loctite Sl 5660 Grey Siilcone, which is not expensive and took less than half of the tube.
Apply adhesive then close press with light pressure.
It's resistant up to 250c
