Hi guys.
To fit with my brand, I would love to get some shirt blanks (t's and henleys ideally) from one of the companies either US Navy or Army uses.

Does anyone know which companies they currently use or have used?

The military uses hundreds of suppliers thru a bid system.

It depends on, if the query is made for uniform or leisure time unit based shirts, for the uniform part shirts there are lots of suppliers through bidding system, for the units there are number of direct suppliers, i did it for marine sniper unit sometime back.
