Could anyone tell me where to learn about product details for t-shirts and other clothing items? Like a website perhaps or a booklet etc. Or does everyone here learn gradually over time how to classify their products and how to measure the quality...

Usually your wholesaler will send you a brochure which contains everything they stock. Each t-shirt will list their weight, which is a measure of their quality, fabric, etc etc.
