can anyone tell me if I have a design that would look better screen printed is there a place that can do that for me that's affordable ?

To set up a screen or number of screens can be expensive, so you won't find a screen printer willing to do 1 shirt for $10, for example. You need to order a few.

Other print processes may work for you. It depends on the design and the shirt. Call a local printer and see what they can do for you
