i have a heat transfer machine i bought a couple years ago (still works fine).

machine model: mighty press thermal transfer press model #MCL

I have always sent my designs to a place in Ohio called AIR WAVES.

I guess they've done a good job, but my last run of logos i didnt like their service and i felt kind of dissatisfied.

my question is .... has anyone here that uses a press used AIRWAVES, and if so, how is their quality compared to others in the U.S.?? What other companies make these transfers? Im looking for great quality and price obviously.

thanks

I highly recommend Dowlinggraphics.com their spot-color transfers are hotsplit and offer an incredible soft-hand. very similar to waterbased screenprinting. They dont have that bs rubbery/papery feel. Second, they're really freaking cheap:
$1.42 for 49 10" x 11.5" 1-color transfers.
$1.80 for 49 10x17 1-color transfer.
$2.51 for 49 13x23 1-color transfer.
they also have 25x38 transfers.
