I am looking to start printing with the sublimation process. I want my shirts to still have the feel of 100% cotton, but to print sublimation I have to use 100% polyester. I have been informed that I need Spun Polyester otherwise my shirts will feel like workout shirts and I do not want that. I have found Vapor Apparel, but none of the distributors that they list sell the 100% Spun Polyester basic tees. Any help on where I can get 100% Spun Polyester blank tees without having to pay $12.00 per shirt?

Hi Ashleighand welcome to the forums!

Vapor Apparel basic t-shirts, Back Country collection, Ladies Touch line, Ringer t-shirts, Classic ladies t-shirts are all ringspun polyester - they do look and feel like cotton. I have clicked on a few links of US distributors (I'm an Australian one) and from what I can see they do stock basic shirts - try Conde, Johnson Plastics, Coast Graphic Supplies, The Paper Ranch.

Good luck with it!
