I am new to the t-shirt printing business. But, I started My own website not too long ago, and want to generate some business, but first I need to know where to get cheap supplies.

1.I have a YUDU screen printer, but I am using liquid emulsion instead of those expensive sheets. It works great, but I don't want to have to order it from ebay every time I need it. Are there any suggestions for stores that are likely to carry emulsion? But if I can find it at a cheap supplier online, I would like that too.

2. How can I boost my sales and site traffic? I am a graphic designer by trade. I have a degree, and pretty good experience, but all I need is to find the right places to advertise. '

3. Is it cheap to advertise with google? Is it profitable, to let them advertise on my site?

any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Here are some marketing tips: local marketing related topics at T-Shirt Forums

Generally speaking, it's best to start a new topic for each of your separate questions so you can give each topic a descriptive thread title and put it in the correct subject area of the forum :)

You can start pretty inexpensively advertising with google adwords, but it's not as easy as just bid on some keywords and get traffic. You have to take the time to do research on how to bid for the *right* keywords, how to monitor your earnings from the traffic they send so you're making money and not losing it.

Regarding adsense, if you're trying to keep customers on your site, it's generally not a good idea to put ads on that site that will send them somewhere else.

Without a high level of traffic, it will be hard to make money by selling advertising on your site.

Really you want your site to have a specific focus. Are you trying to sell ads or are you trying to gain t-shirt printing customers?
