About to do my first order and I need to order ink. The design uses a pretty simple light and dark blue on white shirt. Where should I look for a good selection of colors? Any particular brands you suggest?

I'm doing the shirts on a manual 6 color press and using a flash dryer to cure them (I can't afford a conveyor dryer yet)...not sure if that matters.

Also, a question on printing. I've attached the design. I'm assuming my best bet here is to lay down the light blue and come back and overprint the dark blue, rather than knocking out the dark blue from the light blue. If I knock it out, I'm assuming I could run into some registration issues on the small light blue text. Suggestions are welcomed.

This guy shows how to build a poor man's conveyor using your flash dryer. Even if you don't have much experiance building things, this contraption looks very simple to build. I believe he is trying to sell the plans, but unfortunately for him, after watching his video, you will know how to build it by yourself.

As far as ink goes...I get mine from AmericanScreenSupply.com and AdvancedScreenTechnologies.com

I'd use middle to high mesh--160-230.

AST is good--I'd add if you mention what area you're in, you may get better suggestions as to who is good *and* local.

Good ole One Stroke Inks. They are nice - I used there white for quite some time. But rather expensive. Honestly I use Ryonet inks - forgot what brand - QCM? I am located close to them and it is a next day delivery for me. Honestly - any ink that is a major supplier will work great. I have lots of Union inks and Rutland as well. I know some people are pretty passionate about ink...but if it works well, then it works for me!!
