Hi, I am a little confused and maybe should have done more research before I thought I might like to start screening shirts! I have a 15 x 15 heat press, pretty standard, just one of the cheaper ones, and I have an ink jet printer. I want to print t-shirts for a local high school and I would like to have the school name with embossing, such as zebra cheetah or something else catchy on the print. I don't want this in a box, I want the letters to stand by themselves without having the paper that was not used in my graphic be transferred onto the shirt as well! PLEASE HELP! I will be doing mostly dark shirts, and would like any info on where to buy the products!

for starters...you are not going to use a heat press and inkjet if you 'might like to start screening t shirts' that process uses ink and a screen printer...if you have a heat press...to get what you want..considered a plastisol transfers...do a search for 'pastisol' here. Rodney started a great thread with tons of info on different companies and results.

Thank you, that does help a little I guess, but now I need to know how to obtain plastisol transfers? I have created all of these images on my computer and I don't know how to get them on my t=shirts and look professional. HELP
Can I print plastisol from my computer? Does is require a special printer? Can I send my images to someone to create the plastisol transfer for me and then me screen it on a tee?
