If I want to get custom T-shirts, but not a large quantity, where do I start?

Thanks so much for the advice! I am thinking about having 5-10 shirts made up to start with.

I've done some looking around. It looks like zazzle or cafepress for the amount of shirts I need. Which place has better quality tees?
